Jon Richards – Senior Project Manager

Originally from the UK, Jon is an Army Veteran who brings discipline, precision, and reliability to the job. As Senior Project Manager, he keeps projects organized and efficient, ensuring homeowners can trust every step of the process.

Ruben – Quality Control Manager & Project Manager

Ruben is the backbone of our operations. He’s in charge of ordering materials, coordinating drop-offs, and managing the crew on install day. With his leadership and attention to detail, Ruben ensures every project is completed to the highest standard, while also guiding clients as a Project Manager.

Trevor Hartz – Owner & Founder

With over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, Trevor built Three Hartz Roofing on the values of honesty, hard work, and family. As a veteran himself, he knows the importance of trust and reliability — qualities that shape how he leads the team and serves the community.

Lucas – Project Manager

A recent Fort Campbell Army Veteran, Lucas is new to the roofing industry but already making a huge impact. His grit, discipline, and drive have quickly made him a standout on the team. He’s proof that hard work and a warrior mindset can make anyone a force in this industry.

Josiah – Project Manager

Josiah brings a unique edge to Three Hartz Roofing as a former insurance adjuster turned Project Manager. With years of experience managing insurance claims, he understands the ins and outs of the process better than most — making him an incredible asset for homeowners navigating storm damage and insurance work.
