Founded in 2025, Three Hartz Roofing may be a new name, but we’re certainly not new to the roofing industry. We’re a family-owned company built on decades of experience, strong values, and a commitment to serving our community with heart and integrity.
Trevor, a proud Marine Corps veteran and licensed General Contractor in Tennessee, brings over 15 years of expertise as a professional storm damage claims consultant, construction expert, and former insurance adjuster. He knows the insurance process inside and out and advocates for homeowners like they’re family, because to us, they are. He’s not just a roofer; he’s a trusted guide through some of the most important repairs a homeowner will ever make.
Kelly, with 11 years of real estate business experience, leads the back-office operations, blending business systems, branding, and client care to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our name, Three Hartz Roofing, reflects the heart behind everything we do: our family, including our daughter. We live locally in Clarksville, where we tend our 6.5-acre homestead, garden on the weekends, and raise chickens, embracing the same hard work and care we bring to our business.
We’re deeply committed to our community, proudly sponsoring a local baseball team and supporting the families who make this area so special. To us, building a strong roof means building strong relationships, protecting the homes and memories that matter most.

I highly recommend Three Hartz Roofing! I contacted them about a water leak in our laundry room ceiling. It was super easy to schedule a free inspection, and they were able to come out the same day! They were thorough, kind, had great communication skills.
They made sure we had all of the knowledge and information we needed to properly file an insurance claim, and were there every step of the way to answer any questions we had! Once we were approved, they were efficient in getting us scheduled in the calendar for a new roof.
The whole team was great, and when install day came, they had everything done by the end of the day. They also did amazing job cleaning up all the debris and screws from our yard.
Overall, Three Hartz Roofing was such a pleasure to work with, and I can’t recommend them enough!
